MasterServ uses only commercial grade "L" type Hard copper pipes, not soft bendable copper pipe which will kink during installation, leading to premature leaks and pipe deterioration down the road. Hard copper pipes require more expertise to install but will last a lifetime.

MasterServ installs only high-quality lever type shut-off valves made of stainless steel and low-zinc brass at the water main and under the fixtures for your convenience and ease of use.

At the bathtubs and showers, MasterServ uses temperature balancing valves made by Symmons, the only valve that is all stainless steel and brass (compared to others who use plastic).
